With the property market strong, but with reminders of floods still in people’s minds, James was given the task to sell our house which was flood affected in 2013. Setting a price for the house was hard, the house was in great condition, but the location let it down. James explained how he saw the price and the strategy he wanted to use to get it sold. In the end this worked out and we had an offer relatively quickly, for a price we were happy with and close to what we had hoped to get.
